In order to access certain features of our website, you may be required to create a user account. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information, and to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials. You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
The Nanhe Coding Champ program is designed to teach coding to students in classes 1–9. Students in classes 1–5 will learn coding using the Scratch platform, while students in classes 6–9 will focus on learning Python. Participants agree to abide by all rules and guidelines provided during the program. NT Education reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the program at its discretion. In case of cancellation, participants will receive a full refund of their registration fee within 7 working days. Prizes are subject to verification of eligibility and adherence to the program's rules. NT Education is not responsible for any technical issues, delays, or unforeseen circumstances affecting the program.
NT Education reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any competition at its sole discretion. This includes but is not limited to the Python Coding Competition and other contests. In the event of cancellation, participants will receive a full refund of their registration fee within 7 working days. No additional claims or compensation will be entertained in such cases.
NT Education will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website, services, or participation in any of our programs. This includes, but is not limited to, any errors, omissions, or delays in the content or services provided, or any loss or damage to data or property that may occur in connection with your use of the website or participation in competitions and programs.
NT Education is committed to protecting your privacy. Any personal information collected during registration for programs or competitions will only be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not share your data with third parties without your consent.
NT Education reserves the right to modify, update, or change these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website. We encourage you to regularly review these terms to stay informed of any updates.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which NT Education operates. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
